TENDER NOTICE FOR FIRE
FIGHTING SERVICES

Arera Club, Bhopal,
invites "Sealed Tenders" under two-envelope system from reputed
and experienced private
Vendors having experienced in Fire Fighting Equipments installation for Arera Club, Bhopal
by deploying experienced and technically qualified Personnel.
The interested Vendors are required to submit their
Technical and Financial Bids
separately. The bids in Sealed Cover-I containing "Technical Bid" and Sealed
Cover-II containing "Financial Bid" should be placed in a third sealed cover bearing the words "Tender for Fire
Fighting Services" and
should reach this Office by hand at the above-
mentioned address on or before 31st August 2024 latest by 1500 hrs. alongwith
the EMD of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) at the main Reception
Counter of Arera Club.
The Bids will be opened on 2nd September 2024 at 3.30pm in the presence of the Bidders
or their authorized representatives. Tenders received
without EMD in the prescribed
form will be summarily rejected.
Arera Club reserves
the right to accept or reject the Offer without
assigning any reason thereof.
