NOTICE FOR CATERING SERVICES
Dated: 29 July 2026
Arera Club, Bhopal, invites "Sealed
Tenders" under two-envelope system on QCBS pattern from
reputed and experienced private Caterers / Hoteliers having vide ranging menu
and experienced manpower and having a restaurant / dining facility at Bhopal,
for Catering & Restaurant services of Arera Club, Bhopal by deploying
required number of Personnel.
The interested Caterers / Hoteliers are
required to submit their Technical and Financial Bids separately. The bids in
Sealed Cover-I containing “Technical Bid” and Sealed Cover-II containing
“Financial Bid” should be placed in a third sealed cover bearing the words
“Tender for Catering Services” and should reach this office by hand at the
above- mentioned address on or before 12/08/2026 latest by 1500 hrs. alongwith the
EMD of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) at the main Reception Counter of
Arera Club.
The interested Caterers/Hoteliers may obtain
Tender Documents from Arera Club, Bhopal against payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees
Five Thousand Only) non-refundable by way of Demand Draft in favour of Hony.
Secretary, Arera Club, Bhopal between 29/07/2026 to 12/08/2026 on or before
1500 hrs on all working days. The EMD Demand Draft of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One
Lakh Only) shall be received upto 12/08/2026 by 1500 hrs. The Bids will be
opened on the same day at 15.30 hrs in the presence of the Bidders or their
authorized representatives. Tenders received without Tender fee and EMD in the
prescribed form will be summarily rejected.
Copies of the existing Menus / Rates and Annual
Billing / Sale of the last three years is enclosed for reference. (Rates under
revision to be increased by 12%, shall be applicable for the successful bidder)
A “Pre-Bid Meeting” will be held at a
specified date and time to explain the requirements / provisions in tender. The
prospective Bidder shall be required to make a presentation before the F&B
Committee.
